Technical features
\n<\/span>The suction cabin differs in two models, namely 1C and 2C.
\n<\/span>The substantial difference lies in the capacity to accommodate the dye packs with respect to the central position where the weighing machine is positioned. It can be constructed either in galvanised iron or in AISI 304 stainless steel.
\n<\/span>The dimensions may vary according to the applicant’s requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n

Operating characteristics
\n<\/span>Through the depres<\/span>sure<\/span> generated by the aspirator mounted upstream of the system, this depression inside the booth determines the formation of a flow of suctioned air that crosses the entire front of the booth, which allows the suction of dust from the plenum located at the bottom of the booth and its subsequent transport to a dry filter, where the air-dust separation takes place. The coarser grain size dusts that are not transported to the plenum are deposited in the booth’s collection tank and can be easily transported manually <\/span>during routine maintenance<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The dry filter subordinate to the machine is composed by two cartridge filters representing the ideal solution for dry dust filtration. Both have both a higher efficiency (given the their wider surface) and a longer duration in how much they have both a more solid structure and a automated periodic cleaning system (controlled by a PLC) by air jet. <\/span><\/p>\n
