The manual spraying booth is mainly used to finish leather samples or whenever it is necessary to spray products which should not be inhaled by operators.<\/p>\n
Our booth is entirely made of stainless steel, in order to minimize routine maintenance. Maintenance is extremely easy because of the structure of the booth: the three parts (water curtain, top and tank) can be fully disassembled, making it is easy to reach the back part, where products often accumulate.<\/p>\n
The booth is equipped with an automation system, which turns the machine on and off. It also comes with a timer, a water-curtain pump, and an electric fan. This results in energy saving and noise reducing.<\/p>\n
Extras such as automated discharge of product-saturated water and automated load of clean water into the storage tank are available.<\/p>\n
The electric pump compartment which drives the water curtain is on the outside of the booth, so that it can be easily reached when maintenance is needed.<\/p>\n
If you choose so, the water veil system can be replaced with a dry filter.<\/p>\n
The booth can be equipped with clothes hangers to finish the products (particularly useful for jackets or shoes).<\/p>\n
In the VAA ASX version, there is a drying oven made of insulated plates which are pre-treated with epoxy paint.<\/p>\n
Leather is carried into the oven by a nylon conveyor belt, which is controlled by the operator by means of a specific footswitch.<\/p>\n
It can also be built as a free-standing installation.<\/p>\n
